Self-Directed Concept

Creating a brand that feels caring, capable and human

Bright Care is a self-directed identity concept developed for a participant-focused NDIS support provider. The objective was to create a professional and accessible brand that could inspire confidence among participants, families and support coordinators while still feeling warm, inclusive and approachable.
The completed identity includes a primary logo, supporting mark, colour palette, typography system and a practical ten-page brand style guide. The visual direction was built around compassion, connection, independence and personal growth.

Challenge

NDIS providers need to communicate professionalism and trust without appearing clinical, institutional or impersonal. The challenge was to create an identity that felt credible enough for support coordinators and families while remaining friendly and reassuring for participants.

Approach

I combined health, human connection and supportive-care imagery into one compact visual mark. Calming blue and teal tones were supported by an optimistic gold accent, while clear typography helped maintain accessibility and readability.

Outcome

The final concept provides Bright Care with a welcoming and recognisable visual system that can be applied consistently across digital platforms, printed communication and community-facing materials.
