Creating a compassionate content system for Relinquish
Relinquish is an Australian HAES-aligned dietitian practice supporting eating-disorder recovery, intuitive eating and gentle nutrition. The project involved creating a consistent content system for communicating sensitive health and nutrition topics across Instagram and Facebook.
The ultimate mission was to forge a powerful emotional connection with a conscious audience, thereby significantly elevating brand perception, driving meaningful engagement, and directly catalyzing conversions and long-term customer loyalty.
Challenge
The content needed to feel supportive and informative without using weight-loss messaging, food morality, shame or fear-based language. Designs also needed to remain readable on mobile and flexible enough to support a broad range of educational topics.
Approach
I developed reusable layouts with clear typographic hierarchy, approachable imagery and consistent visual elements. The system was designed to support regular publishing while allowing different topics to remain visually distinct.
Outcome
The resulting content system provides Relinquish with a consistent framework for publishing compassionate, accessible and recognisable social media content.
